Alesis 12R Board

I used this live in a band for about 4 years (10 years ago) . It never failed despite severe abuse. I Cleaned it annually. The pre's are decent but not as nice as the mackie - much better than some other boards. I used the pre's in my studio for a while, and recorded some records for bands that did well. Good enough headroom. EQ was centered in good spots – quite usable.

Its quiet for a cheap mixer, and the inserts on every channel can be used to tap the mic pre's back to a board or recorder. Very nice.

I've seen this in some expensive live rigs as a monitor mixer. It’s a Swiss army knife. You can buy 'em for 150 bucks on ebay and it’s a steal at that. Solid construction rack mount etc.
